This Ethiopian breakfast staple is popular Ethiopian avenue food, frequently served with honey for dipping and ideally, paired with a cup of coffee. Steps:
Step 1,
Firstly,
you blow the flour. Then add the flour to a bowl and start adding some water
and small salt to it.
Step 2,
After you mix them up add some water slowly while making the dough. You should
be careful in this step because the amount of water can make or break your
Fetira. And you don’t want to be on the wrong side. So if you are unsure of the

Step 3,
But if you want to just read it from here is what you should do. When you make the dough you need to follow this series of steps. Bring a healthy size bowl and add 4 cups of flour, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of salt. Then water slowly while making the dough.
Step 4,
You
do not need yeast
Step 5,
The
dough may be sticky. Therefore, till it leaves out the hand or the steering machine,
you need to add a small amount of flour and steer again. You need to repeat the
process until the dough is ready and not sticky anymore.
Step 6,
Bring
some plastic wrap and cover the dough for thirty minutes (30’)
Step 7,
After
minutes, take the dough and slice it into small pieces depending on your pan
size.
Step 8,
Before you roll the dough into a circle prepare 2-3 eggs with 1 sliced tomato, 1 sliced onion, salt, Black pepper, and 1 sliced pepper if needed for the Fetira.
Step 9,
Roll your dough and fry up your pan.
Step 10,
Place your circled dough on the pan and wait till
one side is burned a little bit, and flip to the other side. Then the same will
be done to the other side as well.
Step 11,
Then lift the Fetira up and pour some egg on the
pan. You will see that the egg sticks on the Fetira which is good.
Step 12,
Well done you have your Fetira. Bring a plate and
